Position Summary 


TBG is seeking an ISR Hard Targets Analyst to support the development of policy, guidance, and tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) for the execution of ISR operations, joint ISR force employment, and collection management. The analyst will manage policy updates for the ISR division and incorporate lessons learned in evolving guidance. This will also include development of division/branch/team SOPs, TTPs, JQS, and other policy-related documents. 




Principle Responsibilities of the Position:  


· Provide technical expertise to enhance intelligence community (IC) wide coordination between Analysts, Planners, Targeting Officers and Collectors to aid the development of hard target programs/activities in support of the US Central Command (CENTCOM) 


· Work closely with the IC to integrate and synchronize Hard Target Defeat requirements 


· Prepare briefings and write correspondence for General Officer/Flag Officer/Senior Executive Service consumption and/or signatures 


· Coordinate with CENTCOM intelligence, operational and planning elements to ensure program objectives and requirements are incorporated into CENTCOM operational plans and orders and provide feedback to the command and program managers regarding program achievement of CENTCOM objectives 


· Support the development of policies, collection strategies, and plans to employ ISR assets across the range of conventional and special operations in the USCENTCOM AOR, to include development of ISR collection strategies, postures, plans, synch matrix, EXORD, CONOPs, and PED requirements documents 


· OCONUS travel may be required 


Education Required:  


· Bachelor or master’s degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, 


· Specialized training & 10-14 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience 




Experience Required:  


· Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and provide executive level input to briefings and written products 


· Knowledge of a full range of ISR and Collection Management related concepts, principles, and practices and skills 


· Must be familiar with tools to include, but not limited to: the Microsoft and Adobe suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint); GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS); Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM); National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP); Collection Requirement Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (CRATE); INTELINK Collaboration Tools; Google Earth; Multi-Media Messaging (M3); Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements-Reporting and Operational Management Environment (CHROME); Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB); Digital Precision Strike Suite (DPSS) Collateral Damage Estimation (DCiDE); Joint Targeting Toolbox 


· Thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems 




Special Knowledge/Skills Required:  


· US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly
