Job Description

The Buffalo Group is hiring a receptionist to manage our front desk and assist in office clerical duties. We’re a rapidly growing company with a startup mentality - Employee will have the opportunity to contribute on projects for various functional teams and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic professional services contracting industry. 

Receptionist will perform a variety of support activities including:

  • Operating a multi-line telephone in a professional, efficient, and upbeat manner.
  • Welcoming office visitors.
  • Maintaining security by following guest procedures and monitoring the logbook, as well as directing visitors to the appropriate employees/departments.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support to HR, Finance, and Proposals/Business Development.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook highly desired.
  • Experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.
  • Experience working in an office environment preferred.


  • High School Diploma
