TBG is actively seeking an individual who enjoys working in a variety of group dynamics-from independent work to collaboration with teaming partners and developing a dynamic in-house team.

 

 

Job Overview: This position is primarily responsible for the overall management of our largest prime contract and assigned supporting subcontractors. This critical position within the TBG security department has a very high level of visibility and responsibility that presents a unique challenge towards the rapid growth of our company. The ideal candidate must possess the following traits: the ability to multi-task, rapidly process personnel for access to Intelligence Community (IC) programs, maintain data tracking products, schedule SCI indoctrinations and CI polygraphs, obtain access to various locations, ensure required security documentation is processed with accuracy, completeness and within established timelines while providing superior customer service working with our Government counterparts, contract and corporate leadership personnel. Must have a full understanding and capability to effectively manage a Sensitive Compartment Information Facility (SCIF) while ensuring compliance with all security matters as affected by laws, regulations, policy changes, and industry trends.

 

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 
     
  • Create, implement, and oversee all IC security processes applicable to specific contract requirements
  •  
  • Ensure security compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), Department of Defense (DoD), Contract Security Classification Specification (DD-254), Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), and any other strategic program classification guidelines as required
  •  
  • Develop and implement site security procedures to ensure full compliance with government classification guidelines. All procedures must prevent unauthorized access to company and government information
  •  
  • Deliver all necessary security reporting, tracking data and other contract specific security information upon request ensuring the security requirements are prepared for mandatory governmental compliance inspections
  •  
  • Conduct security self-inspections
  •  
  • Administer day-to-day Physical Security such as: personnel processing, write violation investigation reports, and administer JPAS as it pertains to personnel assigned to the contract
  •  
  • Perform DSS Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA) in support of TBG Security Management office when requested
  •  
  • Manage security clearance life-cycle for employees and subcontractors supporting sensitive government programs as assigned
  •  
  • Develop and administer IC contract security training, appointments and briefings 
  •  
  • Other duties as assigned
  •  
  • Ability to assume leadership responsibilities for TBG’s entire security function if called upon to do so
  •  
  • Perform all assigned duties and responsibilities at a high level of competency and professionalism at all times
  •  
  • Build, foster and maintain relationships both with internal and external clients by phone, email or in person, in addition to providing special guidance and assistance to employees on various contract security needs
  •  
  • Exercise sound judgment, planning and organizational skills
  •  
  • Ensure work product is reviewed, complete and accurate before delivery to Government customer
  •  
  • Work well under pressure, take initiative, and are flexible and cooperative 
  •  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word with knowledge of other information system products like Security Management software and programs
  •  
 

 

Qualifications:

 
     
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years of direct and proven experience in a similarly structured role
  •  
  • Must have at least a High School Diploma
  •  
  • Must have an active and current TS/SCI with CI Poly
  •  
  • Prefers candidate with at least a bachelor’s degree
  •
