Position Summary 

 

TBG is seeking a Counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Support Analyst to perform CI, HUMINT, and related support activities and make recommendations necessary for the Government to task, coordinate, synchronize, manage, and deconflict CI, HUMINT and related operations and activities in the USCENTCOM AOR. Support activities include the following; CI and HUMINT Targeting, OSINT Collection ISO CI/HUMINT Targeting, CI and HUMINT Analysis and Requirements, Source Management, Asset Validation, CI Support to Operations, CI Support to Force Protection, I2 Functional Management, and Foreign Material Exploitation (FME) Functional Management. 

 

  

 

Principle Responsibilities of the Position:  

 

· Provide direct support to Collectors by researching, analyzing, and writing CI/HUMINT Lead Sheets, CI/HUMINT Targeting Operational Support Packages (OSPs), and CI/HUMINT Asset Validation Packages in support of Counterintelligence and HUMINT Targeting and Lead Development Operations Support 

 

· Collect and analyze Publicly Available Information (PAI) utilizing TIER I/II managed attribution research tools in support of Counterintelligence / HUMINT Targeting Lead Development Operations Support 

 

· Research, author and coordinate the following in support of Counterintelligence / HUMINT Operations Support and general intelligence support to combatant command plans and decision-making:  

 

o Foreign Intelligence Threat Assessments (FITA),  

 

o HUMINT collection/source directed requirements and evaluations,  

 

o HUMINT and Counterintelligence RFIs,  

 

o All-source intelligence analytic products to identify foreign intelligence threats 

 

o Create and maintain an overlay of the foreign intelligence presence throughout the USCENTCOM AOR tracking key aggressors collecting against U.S. and Coalition members within Palantir 

 

o All-source analytic products that facilitate HUMINT Targeting and Lead Generation 

 

o Production Reviews (PR) in support of Asset Validation (AV) panels and briefings to Defense Attaché personnel 

 

· Provide CI analysis, all-source IC database research, and AO level collaboration and presentations ISO defensive CI activities at HQ USCENTCOM  

 

· Author, coordinate, and/or review GCOMS cables and Contact reports in support of HUMINT Operations Support and HUMINT Source Management  

 

· Author, assemble, coordinate, and schedule CI /HUMINT asset validation events in support of HUMINT asset validation and HUMINT source management and provide recommendations to Government 

 

· Identify, coordinate, de-conflict and correct Source Operations Management Module (SOMM) database records in support of HUMINT Operational support and HUMINT source management 

 

· Conduct CI AV and risk assessment analysis for source operations and represent product at source review panel 

 

· Maintain the CI operational picture of deployed CI activities ISO the CCJ2-XI CICC in CI collection operations management 

 

· Attend meetings, and track and draft orders for CI Cyber support to CENTCOM and ARCYBER Defensive Cyber Operations 

 

· Analyze CI activities for efficiency and effectiveness and support oversight to Theater Counterintelligence operations to execute CI COM 

 

· Draft Identity Intelligence (I2) policy and orders/plans  

 

· Draft FME policy and orders/plans 

 

· Shift work may be required 

 

· OCONUS travel may be required 

 

Education Required:  

 

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or required experience listed below 

 

  

 

Experience Required:  

 

· Specialized with 6-8 years of military intelligence experience with a focus in CI or HUMINT intel fields 

 

· Preferred training courses: CHOTC, Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting 

 

  

 

Special Knowledge/Skills Required:  

 

· US government clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI with CI polygraph 

 

· Ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and provide executive level input to briefings and written products 

 

· Knowledge of a full range of CI and HUMINT operations and related concepts, principles, and practices and skills 

 

· Must be familiar with tools to include, but not limited to: the Microsoft and Adobe suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, and SharePoint); INTELINK Collaboration Tools; Multi-Media Messaging (M3); Counterintelligence and HUMINT Requirements-Reporting and Operational Management Environment (CHROME); Source Operations Management Module (SOMM); Global Controlled Operations Management System (GCOMS); HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR); Data Xplorer; Palantir; PROTON; QLIX 

 

· Thorough knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, alternatives uses of new or available data sources or procedures, and to identify, evaluate, and recommend solutions to issues and/or problems
